关于2023年上半年国际学生临床实习申请的通知

Notice on International Students’ Clinical Internship in the First Half of 2023

全体留学生：

All students,

根据学校教学计划安排，经与教学实习医院协商，现将上半年临床实习申请工作安排如下：

According to the arrangement of the school's teaching plan and consultation with the teaching internship hospital, the internship work in the first half of this year is arranged as follows:

一、申请实习的要求Application Requirements：

1.须通过中文水平考试HSK四级（180分及以上，提供成绩报告）或具备良好汉语水平。

Students who apply for internship should pass HSK4(180 points and above and provide HSK Score Report), or have good command of Chinese.

2.按时缴纳学费、住宿费（提供单据），并正常购买保险；

    Students should pay tuition, accommodation and insurance fee on time and provide fee receipts copies.

3.身体健康，无传染性疾病。

  Students should be in good health and have no infectious diseases.

二、实习时间Internship Period：

2023年7月17日至2024年6月17日

From July 17, 2023 to June 17, 2024

三、实习地点Internship Location：

附属教学医院Affiliated Teaching hospital

四、工作实施流程Work Implementation Process  

1.报名，请于7月3日下午3点前将《实习申请表》及附件复印件（包含学费住宿费收据、HSK成绩报告单），交至教学管理科（F区102）。逾期未申请者，不予受理。

Signing-up: Please submit the Internship Application Form and other document copies (including copies of tuition, accommodation and HSK Score Report) to Teaching Management Section (F102) before 3pm on July 3, 2023. Applicants will not be accepted after deadline. 

2.资格审核：学校对申请材料进行逐一审核，符合要求者进入下一环节。未达到实习条件者，延期实习，另行安排。

Qualification review: The school will review the application materials. Unqualified students will not be given internship and wait for next internship arrangement.

五、有关情况说明Relevant Statement

1.根据实习管理规定，学生进入医院实习的时间为每年7月和1月，故申请实习时间为每年6月和12月。申请日期截止后，不再接受申请。

According to the regulations of internship hospital, interns are allowed to start their internship in July and January each year. The time for application is June and December of each year. Applications will no longer be accepted after deadline.

2.学生申请学位时（2024年5月20日）必须通过HSK四级考试，否则无法申请学位。

Students must pass the HSK level 4, otherwise they cannot apply for bachelor degrees (Deadline for degree application: May 20^th, 2024).

3.在校实习学生均须按时缴纳学费、住宿费，购买来华留学生综合保险，否则不予安排实习。延期实习并留校学习汉语者，须正常缴纳学费和住宿费。欠缴学费者按照《留学生管理规定》视为自动退学，不予注册，并依法撤销其在华学习签证。

For doing internship at school, students should pay tuition and accommodation fee and purchase comprehensive insurance for overseas students in China on time, otherwise they won’t be arranged for internship. Those who get extension of internship and study at school, must pay tuition and accommodation fee normally. If students failed to pay tuition fee, they will be regarded as automatic dropout from school and will not be given registration according Regulations and Rules for International Students; their study visa in China will be canceled in accordance with the law.

4.按照潍坊市公安局要求，凡回国参加培训或考试者，居留许可一律不予延期，毕业时可凭旅游签证返校参加毕业典礼。

According to requirements from Weifang Police Station, students who go back to their country for training classes or exams, will not be given residence permit extension. They should hold a tourist visa for graduation ceremony.

5.身体不健康或有传染性疾病者，可回国实习或申请延期实习。

Those who are not in good health or have infectious diseases can apply for internship in their country or extension of internship.
