Notice on Internship Discipline and Attendance Management of International Students

为加强我校临床医学专业国际学生的实习教学管理，提高临床实习质量，根据学校相关管理规定，通知如下：

In order to strengthen the internship management of international students , improve the quality of clinical internship, according to the relevant management regulations of the university, the notice is as follows：

一、实习纪律要求 Internship Discipline

1.学生在实习期间，必须严格遵守学校实习管理条例和所在实习医院、实习科室的各项规章制度和服从实习科室各项工作安排。积极参加所在科室的有关活动，尊敬师长、团结同学、尊重病人、对工作认真负责。

During the internship, students must strictly abide by the school’s internship management regulations, the rules and regulations of the internship hospital and the internship department, and obey the work arrangements of the internship department. They must actively participate in the activities of the department, respect instructors, get along well with classmates, respect patients, and work hard.

2.实习学生须按各科轮转表完成实习任务，不得私自调班或更换实习科室。服从实习科室老师的工作安排，按规定时间上下班。

Students must complete their internship tasks according to the rotation schedule of each department and must not transfer shifts or change internship departments on their own. Obey the work arrangement of the internship department teachers and go to and from work according to the prescribed time.

3.实习期间，不得擅自动用各种贵重仪器，医疗设备，爱护公物，不得私自挪用公用物品。各项技术操作必须在老师的指导下按操作常规执行。要加强安全意识，严防差错事故发生。

During the internship, students are not allowed to use various valuable instruments and medical equipment without permission. Take care of public property and do not misappropriate public items. All technical operations must be carried out under the guidance of the teachers in accordance with the operation routine. Students must have strong safety awareness and prevent errors and accidents.

4.学生在实习期间，不得擅自离开实习地点，进行与实习大纲和计划无关的活动，如外出参观、旅游等。

During the internship, students are not allowed to leave the internship site without permission and have activities that are not related to the internship syllabus and plan, such as going out for visits or travel.

5.学生在实习期间，严禁从事危自身及他人安全的活动，如寻衅闹事、打架斗殴等。

During the internship, students are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities that endanger their own and other’s safety such as provocations, fights and brawls.

6.学生在实习期间，应遵守实习医院、学校、实习小组的考勤纪律，不得旷工、旷课、迟到、早退等。

Students should abide by the attendance discipline of the internship hospital, university and internship teams during the internship, and should not miss work, classes, be late, leave early, etc.

7.学生在实习期间因事因病等请假，必须严格履行请假手续，严禁无故离岗，否则视为缺勤。

Students must strictly follow the leave application procedures during the internship due to illness and other reasons, and it is strictly forbidden to leave positions without reasons, otherwise it is regarded as absence from work.

8.学生在实习期间，如遇有重要的考试，必须提前上报学校和实习医院，由学校与实习医院联系、协调，实习医院做出妥善安排。

Students must report to the school and the internship hospital in advance of any important examinations during the internship, and the school will contact and coordinate with the internship hospital, which will make proper arrangements.

9.实习期间严重违反实习纪律的学生，视情节轻重作出处理。

Students who seriously violate the internship discipline during the internship will be dealt with according to the situation.

二、考勤管理要求 Internship Management

实习期间，学校将进一步加强对国际学生的考勤管理，采取实习医院考勤反馈、实习小组考勤记录、个人钉钉考勤打卡相结合的方式。

During the internship, the school will further strengthen the attendance management according to the attendance feedback from the internship hospital, internship team attendance records, and individual Dingtalk attendance punching.

国际学生必须严格遵守实习医院考勤管理制度，所在实习科室将如实记录学生考勤情况，学生无故不得擅自离岗。确因事因病请假的，必须严格履行请假手续。实习学生按小组进行考勤管理，由各实习小组组长负责记录本组成员的考勤情况。学生本人须每天进行钉钉考勤打卡。

International students must strictly abide by the attendance management of the internship hospital, and the internship department will record the students' attendance truthfully. If students do take leave due to illness or other reasons, they must strictly follow the leave application procedures. Internship students will be taken attendance by groups, the leader of each internship group will be

responsible for recording the attendance of their group members. Students are required to punch their attendance cards in Dingtalk every day.

学校将每月公布学生考勤情况，按相关规定对出勤率差的学生及时作出处理。并根据考勤情况对学生实习成绩进行评定，评定级别为A级、B级、C级、不合格。实习成绩不合格的学生将无法正常毕业。

The school will publish the attendance of students every month and make timely treatment for students with poor attendance according to relevant regulations. And according to attendance records, students' internship grades will be evaluated as Grade A, B, C and disqualification. Students with unqualified internship grades will not be able to graduate normally.

实习学生因特殊情况需要请假的，按以下情况进行：

Students who do need to take a leave of absence due to special circumstances, should do as follows:

1.实习学生因事因病请假1天，必须提前向所在实习科室申请，获得批准后方可离岗。

Ask for a leave for 1 day due to illness, students must apply to the internship department in advance and can leave the position only after getting the approval.

2.实习学生因事因病请假2-7天，必须提前向所在实习科室提出申请，并履行学校请假手续后方可离岗。

Ask for leaves for 2 to 7 days due to illness, students must apply to the internship department in advance and go through the school leave procedures before leaving the position.

3.实习学生因事因病请假7天以上，必须提前向所在实习科室提出申请，并履行学校请假手续经学校分管领导批准后方可离岗。

Ask for leaves for more than 7 days due to illness, students must apply to the internship department in advance, go through the school leave procedures, and can leave the position after getting the approval of the leader of the university.

三、未经请假擅离实习岗位者，给予以下处分：

Following punishments will be given to those who leave the position without permission:

1.未经批准，擅离实习岗位1-2天的，给予警告处分，实习成绩评定为B级。

Leave the internship position for 1 to 2 days without permission, a warning will be given, and the internship performance will be graded B.

2.未经批准，擅离实习岗位3-5天的，给予严重警告处分，实习成绩评定为C级。

Leave the internship position for 3 to 5 days without permission, a serious warning will be given, and the internship performance will be graded C.

3.未经批准，擅离实习岗位5天以上的，给予记过处分，取消实习资格，实习成绩评定为不合格。

Leave the internship position for more than 5 days without permission, demerit will be given, and internship will be cancelled, the internship performance will be unqualified.
