2023年暑假放假通知

各位同学：

按照《国务院办公厅关于2023年部分节假日安排的通知》和学校校历安排，现将2023年暑假期间安排通知如下：

一、暑假时间

暑假放假时间为2023年7月16日—8月26日，共6周，在校生8月26日（星期六）报到注册， 8月28日（星期一）正式上课。

二、安全要求

1、严格遵守中国法律和校规校纪。非本公寓住宿人员未经允许严禁入内。严禁在公寓内饮酒、打架斗殴。严禁在宿舍内抽烟和使用明火，严禁私拉乱接电线，严禁使用违禁电器。

2、注意个人饮食、交通及财产、生命安全，妥善保存贵重物品。

3、每日向值班学生干部上报个人情况，离开潍坊市必须事先向班级CR报备，离潍期间每日报告旅途行程，如有特殊问题，及时上报老师。

三、学费、住宿费缴纳

暑假期间请同学们提前筹备个人学费、住宿费，将先前学年的全部学费、住宿费在2023年9月1日前全部筹备好，9月15日前全部缴清，如有拖欠，按学校规定收取每个月5%的滞纳金，超期按照自动退学处理。

本学年2023-2024学年学费、住宿费缴费时间自2018年9月1日起，至2018年9月30日止，务必在学校规定时间内全部缴齐。财务缴费方式：1、2020级、2021级、2022级、2023级通过财务处缴费通道http://tyzfpt.wfmc.edu.cn/xysf/login.aspx进行缴纳。2、2017级、2018级、2019级可以通过银行汇款。学生必须使用学校人民币账户汇款，且必须汇入与学费相同数额的费用，汇款时务必写明学生姓名、学号及护照号。3、境外转账。各批次都可以通过境外转账的方式进行学费缴纳，境外转账时务必写清楚学生姓名、学号及护照号。

假期如有离境回国的同学，请务必保证在开学前一周回校（2023年8月20日—2023年8月26日），假期中间不允许入境返校。

假期里请大家务必注意自身安全。假期中每天都有老师值班，如有问题，请联系。校医院只有白天值班，值班电话如下：

NOTICE FOR SUMMER VACATION

Dear students，

According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Partial Holidays in 2023 and the school calendar, the arrangements for the summer vacation in 2023 are hereby notified as follows:

1.Summer Vacation Time:

   From 16^th July, 2023 to 26^th August, 2023. Registration time for your student ID card is 26^th August,2023. 

Classes will begin on 28^th August, 2023.

   2.Safety Requirements

Everyone should comply with the Chinese law and the school discipline. The following behaviors are forbidden: Taking people who don’t live in apartment to the dorm without permission; Fighting; Smoking and drinking in the dorm; Extending electric wires or using electric appliances such as electric stoves and heaters;Light any candles or incense or store any flammable and explosive goods.

Please take care of personal diet, transport, and personal safety, and keep the valuables.

Report personal conditions to the your batch CR on duty every day. If you are leaving Weifang, you must report to the batch general CR in advance. During the period of leaving Weifang, you must report your travel itinerary every day. If you have any special problems, you must report them to teacher in time.

3.Tuition, Accommodation Fee 

During the summer vacation, students are requested to prepare their own tuition and accommodation fees in advance. All the tuition and accommodation fees of the previous academic year should be prepared before September 1, 2023, and paid off before September 15. If there is any arrears, a 5% late fee per month will be charged according to the school regulations. If overdue, students will be automatically expelled.

Financial payment method:

1. For 26^th,27th, 28^th ,29^th and 30^th batch students, you can use the fee portal to pay: http://tyzfpt.wfmc.edu.cn/xysf/login.aspx.

2. 23^rd,24th, 25^th batch students can pay by transferring money through bank. Students must use the school's RMB account for remittance, and must remit the same amount of fees as the fee. The remittance must specify the student's name, student ID, and passport number.

3. Overseas transfer. Each batch of tuition fees can be paid through overseas transfer, and it is necessary to clearly write the student's name, student ID, and passport number when transferring overseas.

For 25^th ,26^th 28^th and 30^th Batch students,the tuition and accommodation fees for this academic year from 2023 to 2024 will be paid from September 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023, and must be fully paid within the specified time of the school.
