She served as a Associate Dentist in Kool Smiles PC, VA and Research Fellow in University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry Eastman Institute for Oral Health, NY. She once was the mentor of University of Rochester Eastman Institute for Oral Health, Rochester, NY and Faculty Dentist in Qilu Hospital Shandong University, China. She occupied the member position in American Dental Association, Virgia Dental Association, Richmond Dental Society and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
